Get in Touch

Phone, email, WhatsApp, or a scheduled call. The right channel depends on how urgent your situation is — the guidance below points you to the fastest one, and to the details that let us answer without a round of follow-up questions.

Urgent or Routine?

If cargo is stopped or a filing deadline is close, call — that's what the phone is for. Everything else is fine by email or a scheduled review.

  • A CBP exam notice (VACIS/NII, tailgate, or intensive)

Call (954) 461-6152

Routine — email or schedule

No cargo moving yet

  • Getting a quote for an upcoming shipment
  • Onboarding — POA, bond, and importer setup
  • An HTS classification or valuation question
  • Reviewing your current customs process

What to Include for a Fast Answer

Customs questions turn on specifics. The more of these you send up front, the sooner we can give you a real answer instead of asking for them first.

Entry number, if an entry has already been filed
Bill of lading number (house and master, if consolidated)
ISF transaction number, if an ISF was submitted
Port of arrival and vessel ETA
Commodity and whether you are the importer of record
Any CBP notice you've received — exam, hold, CF-28, or CF-29
